1) Nationwide university student(Include students on leave, Exclusion of Graduates)

2) one work per person.

주제 : 자유형식

Topic : Freedom

작품 : 2020년 01월 이후 제작된 작품

Video : a work produced after January 2020.

장르 : 애니메이션을 포함한 모든 장르

Genre : All genres including animation.

규격 : 1920x1080 이상 mp4 또는 avi(용량 1GB 이하)

Criteria : 1920x1080 or higher mp4 or avi

(capacity 1GB or less)

분량 : 20분 이하의 작품 (엔딩 크레딧 포함)

Running Time : a video of not more than 20 minutes, including ending credits.
